Who I am:

I am located near Cleveland, Ohio and represent clients all across Ohio. I represent individuals who have been charged with crimes ranging from minor traffic offenses up to the most serious of felony cases. I have years of experience in all aspects of the criminal justice system. I bring a specific area of experience that is a substantial benefit to my clients. I bring thirty-two (32) years as a police officer. There isn't much I haven't experienced through that work. The process of criminal defense is a process of investigation. Make sure you hire someone capable of performing that investigation.

My Approach:

Communication is vital. You want an attorney who has the time and subscribes to the philosophy that ongoing one-on-one communication is vital to the defense.

I promise that in every case I will attempt to speak with every witness, police officer, and prosecutor that the State intends to use against you. I will investigate the allegations, accusations, and claims that the State is making against you. This is my job and I gladly undertake it for my clients. I also promise that if you have witnesses, evidence, and a story to tell that it will get heard. I will treat you with respect. I will treat you with dignity.
