You call me to set an appointment. I can often meet after normal business hours or on weekends, there is no need for you to miss work. I require a standard fee agreement that specifies why you are paying me and what you expect from me. (CLICK HERE to see the agreement.)
You bring everything you have regarding your license. That includes:
I will analyze your driving record. I will parse out the problems and then the steps needed to solve those problems. I will then write a list of tasks you will have to accomplish to again obtain your license.
It is not unusual for a person to be terrified of appearing in court. A courtroom can be intimidating. Saying the right thing and you get your license. Slip and say the wrong thing and you'll play heck putting things right again.
I will appear with you and act as your voice. I will explain to the court what happened, how it happened and why it is unjust for you not to be again allowed to drive.
For this service my rate is far below the cost of defending against a criminal charge.

It is estimated that one out of ten Ohio drivers are under suspension. The Cincinnati Enquirer learned of this by examining records on Ohio drivers and they found twelve percent were suspended. That compares to six percent in Kentucky and four percent in Indiana (citation). That means that over 154,000 drivers are under suspension in Cuyahoga County alone (citation).
In 2009 the state had more than 2.6 million suspensions over 7.35 million drivers. That's one suspension for every three drivers. In some counties, like Montgomery County (Dayton, Ohio) the rate is one suspension per two licenses (citation).
